March 18 - 20, 2018 | Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive, Orlando, FL

Day 3: Tuesday, March 20

7:30 am - 8:15 am Networking Breakfast

8:15 am - 8:20 am Chairperson’s Opening Remarks

The majority of business leaders understand “culture” as an urgent talent issue yet very few seem to know what the “right culture” really is. Organizational culture can be defined as “the way things are done around here”. It includes the reward systems and implicit behaviour that happens when nobody is looking. But what are the ideal elements that need to be there for a high-performing culture? How is an organization’s purpose linked to its culture?

This Panel Discussion will explore how organizations overcame challenges and failures when managing and re-shaping their culture to increase performance, leveraging key cultural tenets and facilitating a “cultural evolution” that determined success during times of change such as mergers, acquisitions, new product launches and more:
•Appreciate the power of culture and its impact on executing business strategy
•Recognize critical cultural barriers and how they form
•Identify key leverage points and considerations in building high performance cultures and overcoming the barriers
•Explore the Chief Talent executive critical role in creating high-performance cultures
