Rohit Singh (Past Speaker)

Rohit is a Director Talent Management at MassMutual. His responsibilities include leadership development, manager effectiveness, change management, career development, winners circle recognition program and other talent management programs. He is also the current vice chair of the Asian Employee Resource Group. Prior to joining MassMutual, Rohit has had 10+ years of HR advisory, consulting and operations management experience with Deloitte Consulting, Mercer HR Consulting and Philips Electronics. He earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Dallas TX. He also has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India and a BA in economics and history from University of Delhi, India.
