The changing demographic profile of the workforce is shifting the expectations of the work experience; new technology trends are reshaping the world of business; talent pipelines continue to shrink as the US approaches a state of full-employment; digital disruption continues to challenge organizations to transform and reskill. In such a context, business leaders have to re-think the way their organization is designed around new ways of working. The concept of career is morphing into a continuous learning experience, enabled by always-on, on-demand learning; talent attraction and retention continue to challenge leaders to improve the employee journey and focus on enhancing the employee experience; workplace culture continues to play a key role in all of the above.
Our engaging opening keynote will introduce the discussion on how can Chief Talent Executives help drive performance, create value, and prepare the organization of the future, in which agility and cooperation play a central role. Topics include:
•Redesigning the organization around new ways of working to foster cooperation and agility
•Rolling out new talent programs: how to ensure wide-spread adoption?
•Leading culture change: a continuous process of transformation
