Kate Harrington (Past Speaker)

Kate Harrington is an accomplished human resources and talent management professional with a track record of successfully partnering with internal and external stakeholders to diagnose and develop solutions that improve business results. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Fiserv where she acts as the enterprise lead for both Global Benefits and Wellness, and Talent Management, including accountability for leadership expectations, employee engagement and performance management frameworks. In addition to her work in these two centers of excellence, Kate is the HR business partner for Fiserv’s Chief Operating Officer and is a member of Fiserv’s Operating Committee. Kate is certified in executive assessment through Egon Zehnder Inc., and has responsibility for executive assessment enterprise wide. She previously held accountability for learning and development and launched the first leadership and management development programs across the enterprise. Prior, Kate spent several years with Rogers Communications where she led onboarding, initiative training, operational communications and knowledge management for over 43,000 frontline employees, dealers, and third-party partners. Her roles included Vice President, Learning and Enablement and Director of Human Resources.
