Matthew Kennedy is the Director of Talent Management Product Solutions at Starbucks Coffee Company. In this role he leads the management, implementation, and strategy for the technology products that support Starbucks talent management efforts including recruiting, learning, and analytics. Prior to this role he was the Director of Talent Acquisition Programs where he led efforts in university recruiting, talent brand and attraction, workforce planning and reporting, and global mobility. Matthew has also HR leadership positions in operations, workforce planning, and HR analytics at Expedia and Microsoft.
