Director of HR Strategic Services Exelon Corporation
As the Director of HR Strategic Services for Exelon Corporation, Tim is currently the business lead responsible for successful execution of Exelon HR’s technology and process transformation, as the function implements cloud-based HRIS, talent, recruiting, payroll and timekeeping systems. Prior to this role, Tim held a director role responsible for enterprise-wide HR strategy, technology, human capital analytics, reporting and compliance functions, and manager and lead roles responsible for talent management and organization development.
Prior to joining Exelon in 2007, Tim was the HR and Sales & Marketing manager for a small automotive and industrial manufacturer, accountable for human resource, operations, sales and marketing, and customer service staff. Tim began his career in the utility industry with Southern California Edison in 1999, serving in a variety of consultant and project manager roles, responsible for talent management processes and programs, coaching high-potential employees, and managing customer service process improvement efforts.
Tim earned his Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino, and his Bachelor’s degree from Hope College in Michigan. He is also a certified professional corporate coach.
